Orders & Confirmation
After completing your order and payment, it will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Please make sure to check the size and color before completing your order, as modifications after payment are not possible.
Payment & Custom Orders Policy
All orders are processed after full payment is completed. We do not accept deposits or partial payments.
Delivery Time
Delivery within the UAE takes up to 3 business days.
Exchange & Return
To maintain the quality of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns after receiving the order, except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of receipt.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account within 14 business days.
